We work under Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK) and, for visitors reaching the site from the European Union, under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

The enquiry forms and the newsletter sign-up send nothing until you press Send. Then your answers go to a Google Form we own, and are stored in our Google account (Google Forms and Google Sheets), where only our team reads them. Sending a form places no cookie. If sending fails, the form opens your own email program with your message filled in instead, and we receive it only when you press Send there.
We collect no special categories of personal data through this site, and we do no profiling or automated decision-making. The site is not aimed at children.
Who we share with
We do not sell your data and we share it with nobody for marketing. The only recipients are the providers we need to run the site and the business:
- Vercel — hosting of this site and the visit statistics.
- Google — our email infrastructure (Google Workspace), Google Forms and Google Sheets, which receive and store what you send through the enquiry and newsletter forms, and, only if you accept, Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
- Our representatives abroad — if your enquiry concerns the Canadian or Greek market, it may be passed to that representative so you get a faster answer.
We may also disclose data where a public authority lawfully requires it.
Transfers outside Türkiye
The hosting, email, form and measurement services we use run on servers outside Türkiye, some of them in the United States, so your data may be transferred abroad. These providers rely on mechanisms such as the standard contractual clauses for transfers from the EU.
Your rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK and under the GDPR you have the right to:
- learn whether we process your personal data, and ask for a copy
- have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected
- ask for your data to be erased
- ask us to restrict processing, and object to processing
- receive your data in a structured form (portability)
- withdraw consent at any time — which does not affect processing carried out before you withdrew it
To exercise any of these, write to muzaffer.turkekul@aegeansunfruit.com. We answer within 30 days at the latest.
If our answer does not satisfy you, you can complain to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority, or, in the European Union, to the data protection authority of your country.
Security
The site is served only over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Our mailboxes are protected with two-step verification, and your data is reachable only by the people who need it to answer you.
Changes to this text
We update this page whenever the data we collect or the services we use change. The date at the top is the date of the current version.
