Dried apricot
Stone-free apricot halves from the terraces above the Euphrates, where roughly four in five dried apricots eaten worldwide come from.

Golden or natural, one fruit
Malatya’s Hacıhaliloğlu apricots are picked at full colour, halved, stoned and laid out on drying fields at altitude. From there the crop divides in two.
Sulphured apricots are treated with food-grade sulphur dioxide before drying, which preserves the bright orange colour and a softer bite. Natural apricots skip that step entirely and dry to a deep mahogany brown with a more caramelised flavour. We sell both, and we will tell you honestly which suits your market.
- Sizes No.1 (jumbo) through No.6, plus industrial dice and paste
- Sulphured to your ppm target, or fully sulphur-free natural
- Certified organic lots available in limited volume
- Residue and heavy-metal tested before release
Grown above the Euphrates
Altitude and a short, intense season give the Hacıhaliloğlu apricot its density and keeping quality. We buy golden and natural apricots directly from growers around Malatya, at the July and August harvest, and ship year-round.
